Food safety
Discard any perishable ingredient (the full BiB) if the machine is powered down for more than 4h. Run cleaning on those tubes before serving customers. Perishable ingredients include all teas, creamers, oat milk, and coffee. Please contact support for an up to date list of ingredients requiring disposal.
