Employee Spotlight: Director- Beverage Program Briana Jurado

Introducing this month’s Botrista Beverage MVP: Briana Jurado, Director- Beverage Program. Briana recently celebrated her first anniversary with Botrista in January! With previous experience in the food and beverage industry, she is an expert in her field. She is determined to make a difference at Botrista and in the world and focuses on developing and maintaining meaningful connections with our clients.

A graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S. in psychology and double minor in communications and business. Briana began her career in business development and sales at Coca-Cola. Briana says, “After four years at Coke, I made the jump to Botrista in January of 2022, and haven’t looked back”.

When asked who inspires her most Briana said, “My dad owns a commercial glass business. Growing up, I worked for him as an office assistant during my school breaks. I learned from a young age that hard work pays off. I had the opportunity to watch my dad take a small family-owned glass business to a multimillion dollar company. My learnings at Capitol Glass and through my dad helped shape me into a successful business woman”.

On a personal note, Briana spends a lot of time traveling and exploring new places. Briana also considers herself a foodie! She loves trying new restaurants, especially brunch spots. She also spends a lot of time with family and friends and her fur baby, Sadie!

Briana is proud of the way that her career in sales has shaped her personal growth. “Sales is a challenging profession that requires hard work and motivation. When I reach a place of complacency, I like to ask myself how I can continue to grow both personally and professionally”. She exclaimed that her jump to Botrista was also a proud moment for her, “it was a fun change in my career, moving from one of the most iconic brands in the world to a brand that is changing the future in beverage technology! When I learned about Botrista, I immediately believed in the company and product and knew it had an impactful place in the Food & Beverage industry”.
